The heat-curing polymer displays the entire spectrum of the harmonious Candulor color system. This gives the option of recreating the natural perfection of the gingiva. Different opaque shades, pink transparent and clear are available. Processing, shape and color stability are standard for heat-curing denture base materials. To make individual characterization even simpler and quicker, the premixed colors were developed in three shades. For naturalness, shade 53 should be used for the marginal gingiva, shade 55 for the fixed gingiva and shade 57 for the alveolar mucosa.
